What LLC Cafe is

LLC Cafe is a networking company. It sells NFC cards and, in time, puts on events. It is not a course, a coaching program, a securities offering, or a legal service. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice. You do not need to own an LLC, or any company, to buy a card.

Preorders

A reservation is a preorder, not a purchase. We take no payment details and charge nothing when you reserve. When the first production run is confirmed we email the address you gave us with the price you locked, and you pay then. If you do not pay, nothing ships and you owe nothing. You may cancel a reservation at any time before you are charged by emailing us. If we cannot manufacture the card you reserved, we tell you and you owe nothing.

Prices shown at reservation are the prices you will be charged, less any referral discount. We may change list prices for later runs; a reservation locks yours.

The referral code

Every reservation is issued a code. When another person reserves with your code, they receive 25% off their reservation and you receive a further 25% off yours. Your discount is capped at 75%, which is three referrals. Discounts are applied when you are charged, not before, and are worked out from reservations that are still open at that time: a referral that has been cancelled does not count. A code cannot be applied to your own reservation, to reservations at the same address, or to reservations we reasonably believe were made to farm the discount. We may void codes that are abused. The referral programme may be changed or ended for future reservations at any time; discounts already earned on open reservations are honoured.

The cards

Both cards contain a passive NFC chip that shares a profile you control. They need no app and no battery. They depend on the reader's phone having NFC enabled, which is outside our control. Cards are covered against manufacturing defects; they are not covered against being run over. Card imagery on the site is rendered; the finished product may differ in small ways.

Refunds

Before you are charged there is nothing to refund. After you are charged and before your card ships, ask and we will refund you in full. Once it ships, we replace defective cards; we do not refund a change of mind.
