Short version: we ask for the least we can get away with, we look your company up ourselves rather than asking you for documents, and we do not sell any of it.

What we collect
- Email address — so we can tell you where you are in line and when your number is confirmed.
- LLC name and state of formation — so we can find your company in the public state registry.
- A business email address — ideally on your company's own domain, which is the simplest way to show the company is yours.
That is the entire list. We do not ask for your address, your revenue, your social accounts, or your date of birth. We do not run trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.
What we don't ask for
We do not ask for your EIN, your formation documents, your revenue, or a copy of anything. We look your company up in the public state registry ourselves. A document you upload proves less than a record we pull — so we don't collect one.
To be exact about what verification means: it confirms a company of that name is registered and active in that state. Several states do not publish who owns a company at all, so we do not claim to have proven ownership.
Where it goes
Reservations are submitted through Netlify Forms and stored in our Netlify account. Email is handled by our mail provider. Both are third parties with their own privacy policies and their own security practices; we do not control them, and you should assume any data you submit online carries some risk.
How long we keep it
We keep your verification details only as long as we need them to verify you and maintain your membership record. If your reservation does not go ahead, ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
Email hello@llccafe.com at any time to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. If you ask us to delete your record, your place in line goes with it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
