Short version: we ask for the least we can get away with, we take no payment details on this site, and we do not sell any of it.

What we collect
- Name and email address — so we can tell you when the run is confirmed and put a name on the label.
- Which card, which colour or mark, and how many — the reservation itself.
- A referral code, if a friend gave you one — so we can apply the discount to both of you. Your own code is worked out from your email address and stored with your reservation.
That is the entire list. We do not ask for your company, your address, your revenue, your social accounts, or your date of birth. No payment details are collected on this site; we email you when it is time to pay. We do not run trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.
What we don't ask for
We do not ask for an LLC, an EIN, formation documents, or a copy of anything. You do not need to own a company to reserve a card.
Where it goes
Reservations are submitted through Netlify Forms and stored in our Netlify account. Email is handled by our mail provider. Both are third parties with their own privacy policies and their own security practices; we do not control them, and you should assume any data you submit online carries some risk.
How long we keep it
We keep your reservation details until your card ships, plus whatever we are required to keep for tax and warranty purposes. If your reservation does not go ahead, ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
Email hello@llccafe.com at any time to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. If you ask us to delete your record, your place in line goes with it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If you arrive through a friend's link, their code is kept in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you reserve; clear your browser data to remove it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
